30-Day Return Policy / Change of Mind:

If you change your mind about a purchase and wish to return the item, we understand. You can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the item. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging. The return shipping fee will be the customer's responsibility in cases of change of mind.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@enchuhome.com or by filling out the contact form on our website - Contact Us. Once you have initiated the return process, we will provide you with a detailed guide, including the return address.

Return Fee:

With the exception of the returning shipping fee, you are not required to pay any additional fees. Please note that ENCHU HOME does not provide return labels or cover the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Items, Missing Products, or Incorrect Shipments:

If you have received damaged items, a missing product package, or incorrect products due to our mistake, we take full responsibility for the return fee and will provide necessary assistance. When contacting us, please provide photo verification, including the packing slip, all package contents, and the shipping label. We will promptly resend the missing items or refund your money as per your request.

Faulty Manufacturing or Broken After Use:

At ENCHU HOME, we stand by the quality of our products. If you encounter any issues with manufacturing defects or if the item breaks shortly after use, please reach out to us. We will assess the situation and determine the best course of action, which may include a return, replacement, or repair. Our warranty details can be found on our Warranty page.

Wrong Product:

In the rare event that you receive the wrong product, please notify us immediately. We will rectify the situation by arranging a return and providing the correct product. The return shipping fee will be covered by ENCHU HOME in such cases.

Exchanges:

To ensure a faster exchange process, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item. Once the return request is accepted, you can proceed with the new purchase.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
